International Journal of Nutrition Sciences has been published since 2016 as a quarterly periodical journal. IJNS publishes nutrition research that addresses community nutrition, clinical nutrition, cellular and molecular nutrition, food science and technology. In particular, IJNS draws attention to research findings that identify the nutritional problems and possible solutions for various populations. IJNS advances our understanding of nutritional mechanisms and the complex interactions of nutrition with genetics, physiology, health, and behavior.
